1. Zero Personal Data Required for Children (Guest Access)

Children can freely browse coloring categories, color online using our interactive canvas, download PNG/PDF printouts, solve puzzle games, and read educational stories without creating an account or providing any personal information (such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or emails).

We do NOT offer open chat rooms, public commenting, or peer-to-peer messaging features that could expose children to third-party contact.

2. Local Device Storage for Drawings

When children use our interactive coloring tools, their drawings, palette choices, and undo/redo histories are processed directly in their web browser (HTML5 Canvas) and stored locally in localStorage on their own device.

Drawings and temporary progress are NEVER transmitted to or stored on our external servers unless an adult explicitly downloads their own creation.

3. Child-Directed Advertising Disclosures (COPPA Tagging)

To keep our thousands of educational sheets free for families and schools worldwide, we display advertising on free-tier pages. Our ad integrations strictly enforce:

• COPPA Compliance Tag (tfcd=1): All ad requests pass the Tag For Child Directed Treatment, instructing ad networks (including Google AdSense) that the content is directed to children.
• No Behavioral Profiling: We do NOT serve personalized, interest-based, or re-targeted advertisements to children. Ads are served based strictly on contextual page topic (e.g. coloring, school supplies, art craft kits).
• Ad-Free Option: Subscribing to our single paid premium plan completely removes all advertising containers and third-party ad scripts from the DOM.

4. Adult Accounts & Secure Payment Processing

For parents and educators who choose to register for a paid premium account, we collect only the necessary account details:

• Parent or teacher name and verified email address for account authentication.
• Payment processing is handled via PCI-DSS certified gateway (Razorpay). We do NOT store or have access to raw credit card numbers or banking passwords.

5. Parental & Educator Rights

Parents and legal guardians have the right to:

• Review any personal information collected from their family account.
• Request the immediate deletion of their account and associated data.
• Refuse to permit any further collection or use of their information.

6. Third-Party Analytics & Cookies

We utilize privacy-respecting aggregate analytics (Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization) strictly to measure overall site health, popular themes, and loading performance. We do not use analytics to identify or track individual minor visitors across external websites.
